The Highland Bagpipe Tutor Book has been compiled by the staff at the "The Piping Centre" in Glasgow, Scotland. This "Centre of Excellence" boasts staff such as PM Roderick MacLeod and Gordon Walker.  

Ceol Mor worked with the Piping Centre to produce the accompanying CD-ROM, which is laid out in a web browser format, were the user clicks on the required link to view a video image of a tutor book exercise being played, or "PiobMaster Player" playing the complete tune, with the user being able to switch between chanter or bagpipe sound
