Note: PiobMasterPro requires VC++ redistributable 2008(x86) which you can download here, and also .NET Framework Client v4 which you can download here if these are not already installed on your Windows PC.
Generally speaking users of Windows Office 2007 and above, or similar Office style applications, will already have the correct Frameworks installed.
Windows 7 users can check by going to Control Panel ->Programmes and Features ->Turn Windows Features On and Off. A popup window will appear and will show if it's enabled or not.
