FuturePay Payments

What are FuturePay payments and how do they work?

Recurring payments are processed through WorldPay (www.worldpay.com/uk) via a service called FuturePay. This is an internet-based equivalent of traditional standing orders and direct debit facilities, allowing funds to be debited from your card rather than directly from your bank account.

Once an agreement is created, you can view your payments in the Shopper Management System (SMS) on the WorldPay website. For details, view the guide here. Please note that any subscription contract is directly between you and Ceol Mor Software & Publishing Ltd rather than WorldPay.

How often will FuturePay payments be made?

Future Payments made with Ceol Mor Software & Publishing Ltd are processed in either monthly or annual installments:

  • Annual Subscription (Yearly): 1 installment of £49.99 made annually.
  • Annual Subscription (Monthly): 12 installments of £4.99 per month.

How to cancel any FuturePay agreement

A Recurring Payments (FuturePay) agreement can be cancelled by you or through Ceol Mor Software & Publishing Ltd at any time, and is activated AFTER the first year subscription transaction completes (either 1 × single payment or 12 × monthly payments).

WorldPay is unable to cancel your order/agreement directly or provide a refund. To cancel the agreement yourself:

  1. Log in to the WorldPay Shopper Management System.
  2. The Recurring Payments (FuturePay) Shopper Home page will display.
  3. Under the Agreement ID column, select the Agreement ID you want to cancel.
  4. On the Agreement Details page, verify the agreement details and select Cancel.
  5. On the Cancellation Confirmation page, select Yes to confirm cancellation.

If you have multiple agreements, ensure you select the correct ID. Once cancelled, an agreement cannot be reinstated. For additional information about FuturePay, click here.
